Aunt Martha’s Health & Wellness is proud to celebrate Chief Health Operations Officer Allison Paul. Women We Admire has named her one of its Top Women Chief Nursing Officers of 2026.
The national recognition honors accomplished nursing leaders. It also highlights their contributions to health care organizations and the communities they serve.
“This achievement reflects Allison’s leadership and her steadfast commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to the patients and communities we serve,” said Raul Garza, President and CEO of Aunt Martha’s Health & Wellness.
Paul joined Aunt Martha’s earlier this year. Since then, she has led the organization’s health operations. In this role, she works with clinical, operational, and site leaders across Aunt Martha’s.
Under her leadership, these teams are strengthening quality and supporting patient care. They are also building a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Her work includes a close partnership with Chief Medical Officer Dr. Stephanie Low. Together, they help connect Aunt Martha’s clinical priorities with the teams and operations that support care across the organization.
“Although Allison joined Aunt Martha’s earlier this year, our teams have already begun making meaningful progress under her leadership,” Garza said. “We are proud to have her guiding our health operations, and we look forward to our continued work together.”
Paul’s recognition reflects the experience, focus, and commitment she brings to Aunt Martha’s mission of supporting community well-being, ensuring equity in access, and delivering exceptional care.
Please join us in congratulating Allison Paul on this well-deserved recognition.
