Vice President, Community Wellness Services

Tiana Cody has been a dedicated leader at Aunt Martha’s since 2017, bringing over 15 years of experience in social work, program management, and community development. She began her journey as the Comprehensive Community Based and Youth Services  (CCBYS) and was promoted to Vice President of ICBS in 2019.

Tiana holds a Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University, Bloomington. She is a certified Life Coach. Her expertise includes leadership, staff development, curriculum design, and trauma-informed care.

She is a Trainer of Trainers for the 7 Essential Ingredients and SPARC-certified in trauma-informed services that support Aunt Martha’s, committed to fostering a positive and empowering learning environment for staff and community members alike.

Tiana lives by the guiding principle: “Excellence happens on purpose. Lead with intention,” and her mission is to inspire growth, resilience, and community engagement through intentional leadership and dedicated service.
