Chicago Heights Community Health Center
Welcome to the Chicago Heights Community Health Center, offering medical care close to work and home. At Aunt Martha’s, we’re dedicated to making it easier for patients to get care that helps them feel their best – from preventive services like school physicals and flu shots, to ongoing treatment for chronic diseases.
The Chicago Heights Community Health Center began providing services in 1997 as a school-linked health center.
In 1999, it became the first Aunt Martha’s site to become a Federally Qualified Health Center (our Aurora Community Health Center followed a year later). In 2004, Aunt Martha’s moved the health center into its current location, a clinic which the agency acquired from St. James Hospital.
A Different Kind of Care
Aunt Martha’s reaches beyond traditional medicine, integrating all of the services and resources our patients need into one, seamless experience, including healthcare, financial and social services.
