Chief Business Officer
Crystal Cooper joined Aunt Martha’s as our Chief Business Officer in December 2022. She is responsible for developing, communicating and executing strategic priorities in the areas of marketing, fundraising, human resources, training, information technology, grants, and strategy.
Crystal came to Aunt Martha’s from Chicago Public Schools (CPS), the country’s third largest school district. She held several leadership positions during her 13 years at CPS, including Director of Nutrition Support Services, Executive Director of Nutrition Support Services, and Chief of Staff. She most recently served as the district’s Chief Operating Officer.
Crystal earned her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business.
