Michelle Padula joined Aunt Martha’s in April 2017 bringing almost 20 years of experience working with governmental agencies, the last 9 years specifically in healthcare. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Business and Information Systems Technology from Arizona State University.
As a Micro-Systems Programmer Analyst for DuPage County, applied technology to existing processes to create an efficient and seamless user-to-client experience. Her freelance experience developing effective campaign material led to her transition to Director of Business Development at the largest private ambulance company in the Midwest. Over the last five years, she fostered the 80% growth of the government clientele division, simultaneously developing and deploying compliant and efficient internal processes to further improve overall quality product and client experience.
A lifelong resident of Chicago, Michelle has always believed in strong stewardship of her community. At 18, she created the City of Naperville’s first website, her volunteerism earning her recognition from the City’s Mayor. Later she was named an Honorary Girl Scout for her successful mentorship to emotionally distressed teen girls who were then able to achieve personal success in life through her development of their emotional well-being and self-confidence.
Michelle also served on the development board for America SCORES Chicago, a nonprofit whose mission is to empower students in urban communities using soccer, writing, and creative expression. Using teamwork as the unifying value, America SCORES Chicago inspires youth to lead healthy lifestyles, be engaged students, and become agents of change in their communities.
