Jamie Dornfeld

Jamie is a Senior Vice President of Health Operations at Aunt Martha’s Health & Wellness. She has led the organization’s transformation to an integrated, value-based model, focusing on improving the quality of care while simultaneously driving down costs.

Jamie has spent more than a decade at Aunt Martha’s, working with multidisciplinary teams of health care, child welfare, and community wellness experts to continually refine a comprehensive model that ensures continuity and coordination. She is driven by a passion for serving individuals and communities in need, a commitment to expanding access to care, and a desire to ensure a positive experience for patients and staff alike.

Jamie has played an integral role in developing and leveraging partnerships with hospitals and community-based organizations that are the essence of an integrated collaborative landscape. In doing so, she has brought health centers to new communities and changed the way services are provided to highly specialized populations.

Jamie holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois. She has also participated in executive education programs at Harvard Business School, UCLA Anderson School of Management, and University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
