Homeless Services
Overview:
Our Independence Place program and Transition to Independence Project & Shelter (TIPS) provide a home for homeless youth age 17 – 21.

Wards of the Department of Children and Family Services are not eligible for this program.

While in our care, TIPS residents participate in activities designed to not only enhance their physical and emotional well-being, but to build the life and social skills necessary to achieve self-sufficiency and support their move to a more independent living arrangement.
