In November 2007, Aunt Martha’s partnered with the Illiana-Medical Center to begin providing the services that would eventually be housed at the Southeast Side Community Health Center. The clinic officially opened its doors in September of 2009.

The health center is located at the corner of South Avenue O and East 118th Street, in the shopping plaza anchored by Pete’s Fresh Market. It is situated just off the plaza’s main garden and courtyard.
