As many advocates know too well, heart disease, stroke and other forms of cardiovascular disease affect millions of people across the United States including family, friends and neighbors. Cardiovascular disease is the No. 1 and most costly killer in the United States.

Please join our staff at Aunt Martha's Carpentersville Community Health Center as they talk to patients and neighbors about steps they can take to reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke in their families.
